By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what’s possible and shape the future of mobility.</span></strong></p></div><p><span data-contrast="auto">We are currently seeking a ‘Maintenance Team Lead, Electrical’ who will be a member of the Stamping Maintenance Team and will be responsible for maintaining the equipment in the company’s world class greenfield stamping plant. You will lead a highly qualified team in maintaining and repairing electrical systems on stamping presses and automation equipment, troubleshooting breakdowns, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and mentoring technicians to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency. Excellent attendance is crucial for teams to achieve success. You must have the ability to work with various teams in a fast-paced stamping environment. They will also be required to work with EHS, operation, engineering, quality, and suppliers in various aspects of the overall process. Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships within Company and outside.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead, motivate, and mentor the electrical maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on stamping presses, robots, laser blanker, automation equipment, and other related machinery. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Conduct detailed inspections, diagnose electrical system failures, and perform repairs on electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical systems. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Rapidly respond to equipment breakdowns, identify root causes of electrical malfunctions, and restore productivity in a timely manner. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA and other safety standards, promote a strong safety culture, and maintain a safe working environment. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with production supervisors and team leaders to align maintenance efforts with production goals and ensure efficient workflow. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Train maintenance technicians and operators on electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and parts inventory. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">High school diploma: additional education or apprenticeship is a plus.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">7+ years of stamping maintenance experience, preferably with servo tandem line and blanker operations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with maintenance, setting up, servo press machines, laser blanker and understanding optimal maintenance conditions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, diagnosing faults, and performing repairs on complex stamping machinery parks.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong understanding of electrical schematics, control systems, PLCs, and industrial electrical equipment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Have strong leadership experience in Stamping maintenance area</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
