Maintenance Technician (Ammonia & HVAC) / فني تبريد وتكييف

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration, freezing, and HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical faults in refrigeration and freezing systems.
• Monitor and adjust Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimize airflow and temperature control.
• Lead emergency repair activities to minimize downtime in critical cooling and heating infrastructure.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations related to refrigerants.

الوصف الوظيفى

- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لأنظمة ووحدات التبريد و التجميد و التكييف.

• - تشخيص واستكشاف وإصلاح الأعطال الكهربائية والميكانيكية في أنظمة التبريد و التجميد .
• - مراقبة وضبط أنظمة إدارة المباني لتحسين تدفق الهواء والتحكم في درجات الحرارة.
• - قيادة جهود الإصلاح الطارئة لتقليل توقف العمليات في البنية التحتية الحيوية للتبريد/التدفئة.
• - ضمان توافق جميع الأعمال مع بروتوكولات السلامة واللوائح البيئية الخاصة بـالمبردات (Refrigerants)

Requirements

• Industrial Technical Institute Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or an equivalent qualification.
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance of industrial refrigeration and freezing systems, with proven troubleshooting skills and direct experience in fault diagnosis, repair, and handling refrigeration and freezing units operating with Freon and Ammonia refrigerants.

المتطلبات

• - شهادة معهد فني صناعي، أو دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية / التبريد وتكييف الهواء، أو ما يعادلها.
• - خبرة عملية تتراوح بين 5 إلى 7 سنوات في صيانة أنظمة التبريد و التجميد الصناعي، مع مهارات مثبتة في استكشاف الأعطال مع خبره مباشره في اصلاح الأعطال و التعامل مع ثلاجات التبريد و التجميد (فريون و امونيا).
