About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead maintenance in the daily upkeep of apartment units, property exterior and common areas in accordance with company standards
- Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with all residents and on-site team members
- Flexibility to perform other job duties as required
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 2-3 years of multi- family maintenance experience (preferred)
- Previous experience with HVAC systems
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of general maintenance(i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skill
- Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
- HVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II OR Universal)
- Flexibility to work on-call and weekends as needed
