(could go longer) *Potential to come on board permanently if you are performing well and we have an opportunity available!</strong></p> <p>Weinstein Properties is looking for a Maintenance Make Ready Technician to join our team for three months. This is a temporary opportunity at a well-maintained community with strong leadership and competitive pay.</p> <p>If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that takes pride in its community, this could be a great fit.</p> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Pay:</strong> $20.50/hour <strong>|</strong> $21.50/hour if EPA certified (these rates are $1.50/hour higher than a permanent position since this temporary position is NOT eligible for benefits/quarterly bonuses)</li> <li><strong>Stay Bonus:</strong>&nbsp; 3 Bonus opportunities - $100 after each successful completion of 30, 60 and 90 days for staying onboard through the assignment!</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Schedule</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>FULL-TIME:</strong> Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)</li> <li>willing to participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team (generous on-call bonus of $150/week, calls or no calls! - $200/week in the summer months!)</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments</li> <li>Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed</li> <li>Work with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis</li> <li>Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas</li> <li>Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least <strong>1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience</strong></li> <li><strong>No HVAC certification/experience required</strong></li> <li>EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience is a plus!</li> <li>Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work</li> <li>Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical &amp; Technical Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Reliable transportation</li> <li>Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)</li> <li>Ability to drive a golf cart</li> <li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round</li> <li>Ability to climb stairs and ladders</li> <li>Experience using hand and power tools</li> <li>Background check required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Weinstein Properties</strong></p> <p>We own and manage our communities, which means:</p> <ul> <li>Consistent standards</li> <li>Supportive leadership</li> </ul> <p><strong>Interested?</strong></p> <p>If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, <strong>apply online today!</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
