<p><strong>The Make Ready Technician </strong>will perform a wide variety of repairs to ensure that all apartment homes are up to standard for new resident move-ins.</p>
<p><strong><u>Your Purpose & General Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Inspect apartments for damage and perform necessary repairs prior to resident move-ins</li>
<li>Repair or replace plumbing/sink/shower/toilet fixtures</li>
<li>Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches</li>
<li>Prime, paint, and seal surfaces (including wood or metal)</li>
<li>Replace doors, doorknobs, and lock systems</li>
<li>Caulk, plaster, and fill cracks, holes, or joints</li>
<li>Wash and treat surfaces</li>
<li>Remove mildew</li>
<li>Sand and adhere finishes</li>
<li>Complete various work orders as needed</li>
<li>Calculate required materials and estimate costs</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><u>Essential Needs for Riata:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Full-time, Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 6 PM</li>
<li>Experience in residential, commercial, retail, or apartment rehab/turns is required</li>
