What You'll Own

Unit Turns & Make-Readies

• Work through the make-ready checklist from top to bottom, completing all repairs and improvements before every move-in
• Inspect and repair sheetrock, caulk and seal windows and bathroom fixtures, and perform touch-up paint as directed
• Clear out vacant units before the make-ready process begins and complete all documentation accurately and on time

Property Upkeep

• Keep grounds, common areas, and amenities clean and presentable throughout the day
• Pressure wash, perform general cleaning, and assist with curb and signage upkeep as needed

Requirements

• Prior maintenance or trades experience is a plus but not required, we'll teach the right person
• A strong work ethic and a sharp eye for detail
• Weekend availability and the ability to work a flexible schedule
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance, and work indoors and outdoors
• A valid driver's license
• A genuine pride in doing the job well every single time
