We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Male Executive Assistant with proven expertise in Go High Level CRM. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient workflow. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules, appointments, and communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Utilize Go High Level CRM to oversee client pipelines, track leads, and support marketing automation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
- Monitor and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and team members.
- Assist in project coordination, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
🎯 Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Hands-on experience with Go High Level CRM (required).
