What Does This Opportunity Mean To You
- Assist in the implementation of systems and procedures necessary for the effective management, coordination and analysis of incoming leads -data within AEC
- Undertake information management of AECC delivery data including:
- Quality control of incoming leads
- Validation and monitoring of incoming leads on a day-to-day basis
- Maintaining the databases to make sure that the information they are safe, secure and easily accessible to the team
- Production of routine reporting for Operational teams outside of the AECC mgt platform which is accurate and appropriate for a range of audiences
- Identify and assist in the resolution of gaps in data/information provision.
- Identifying and procuring information that would be especially valuable for their organisation
- Responding to queries, providing correct information, or training people how to use the organisation’s internal databases
- Fostering trust between the team and business users to develop stronger data awareness and understanding
- Assist with the analysis of evaluating the success and the effectiveness of key programmes and initiatives
- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Guard and protect the organisation's data, making sure that the data repositories produce consistent, reusable data.
- Produce and distribute performance forecasting information across operations.
- Adhere to the Data Governance Policy and internal and external compliance standards and regulations.
Skills and Attributes Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonal
- Demonstrated team player
- Possess competent knowledge of relevant computer skills
