As a leader of the firm, the Manager will demonstrate excellent project management skills, client service, and positive coaching to the team members in developing technical and professional competency.</span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Oversee progress of entire engagement in the preparation of financial statements and consolidation of trial balances.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":160,"335559740":252}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Research complex technical accounting topics, identify relevant guidance, and corresponding SEC rules and regulations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":160,"335559740":252}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Begin to write basic technical accounting memos.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":160,"335559740":252}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Knowledge sharing with the staff and seniors to develop more in-depth knowledge of preparation and review of financial statements and consolidation of trial balances.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":160,"335559740":252}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Establish an in-depth understanding of how to assess the accuracy of complex financial statement areas such as SOCF, Equity, and EPS and identity disclosures which are inaccurate/incomplete</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":160,"335559740":252}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Identify more complex scope problems that may arise within the engagement, as well as opportunities for ancillary service offerings. Bring them to the attention of the engagement director.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":160,"335559740":252}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead all client calls, manage project status with managers and staff. Develop project plans and accurate completion of project plans at the deliverable level.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":160,"335559740":252}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Responsible for understanding engagement economics, leveraging the team appropriately, monitoring margin, scheduling, invoicing, etc. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":160,"335559740":252}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Leadership responsibilities include building in person connections with the team, peers and senior leaders in the Firm. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":160,"335559740":252}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Participate in the performance process to provide feedback for team members. Identifying additional training or parts of engagements that are beneficial for team members education. <li><span data-contrast="auto">Continue coaching the team to share knowledge in connection with the CPE committee to develop team members for the next level.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":160,"335559740":252}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="none">7+ years of relative accounting experience; at least 1 in public accounting or professional services highly preferred. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
