About the role

<div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure</li>
<li>Prepare timely financial reports & to ensure compliance of Financial statement are recorded accurately and timely</li>
<li>Prepare standard supplemental reporting that provides analytical insight into the financial drivers of P&L / balance sheet performance.</li>
<li>Liase with External Auditor & responsible for financial auditing process and reporting</li>
<li>Assist the Management with our annual budgeting process together with FP&A</li>
<li>Prepare adhoc reporting to support financial line item investigation and resolution also conduct adhoc analysis to support senior management decisions</li>
<li>Identify and propose opportunities to increase overall company profitability</li>
<li>Control NWC (AR-INV/AP) & Fixed Asset Management</li>
<li>Work closely and coordinate with other teams to ensure compliance with Finance Policies and Procedures</li>
<li>Improve and develop the business process and procedures</li>
<li>Control of Tax Compliance</li>
<li>Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.</li>

<div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.</li>
<li>Minimum 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with prior experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).</li>
<li>Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in financial reporting, monthly and annual closing, and account reconciliation.</li>
<li>Experience managing and reviewing general ledger, balance sheet, and profit & loss statements.</li>
<li>Familiar with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and applicable tax regulations.</li>
<li>Proven experience working with external auditors (e.g. Big Four), including audit coordination and preparation of audited financial statements drafts.</li>
<li>Experience in leading or mentoring accounting staff is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Good communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
