This role drives operational excellence through standardization, automation, and data-driven improvements, ensuring our shared services function scales with the company’s ambitions. <p><strong>What you will be working on</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead AP and AR end-to-end service delivery, ensuring invoices, payments, billing, collections, disputes, and cash application are completed accurately and on time.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitor performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and service delivery.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Build, coach, and empower high-volume transactional teams to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Drive process standardization, simplification, and automation to reduce manual effort and optimize system usage, especially within SAP.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with IT and transformation teams to enhance ERP capabilities, workflow design, and automation opportunities.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Operations stakeholders to resolve issues and strengthen cross-functional outcomes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, audit expectations, and regulatory requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support the Director, Finance Shared Services, in advancing the maturity, scalability, and effectiveness of the shared services organization.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience with strong AP and AR leadership.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Minimum five years leading high-volume transactional finance teams.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Hands-on ERP experience, with SAP S4/Hana</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong foundation in compliance, internal controls, and operational accuracy.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
</ul>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Background in finance transformation, automation, workflow optimization, or process standardization.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated success driving improvements across multi-location AP/AR operations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
