About the role

The Island Private School of Limassol is a polysystemic educational hub offering International Baccalaureate, Waldorf, and Montessori programs under one roof. We are seeking a dynamic team leader to head our Admissions and Parents Communication Team. This senior role is essential for driving enrollment, fostering strong family engagement, and ensuring exceptional service standards across all touchpoints with current and prospective families.


Responsibilities:


Admissions Management


  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment goals.
  • Manage the full admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring document collection, application assistance, and policy compliance.
  • Organize and lead Open Days, school tours, and outreach events.
  • Track, analyze, and report enrollment data; identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute campaigns targeting prospective families.
  • Maintain accurate student data in the LMS, working closely with the IT Department.
  • Own and maintain the school's Admissions Policy.


Parent Communications


  • Serve as the primary liaison between the school and the parent community.
  • Facilitate regular, clear communication with parents through events, chats, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Coordinate parent events, workshops, and volunteer opportunities to foster engagement.
  • Manage onboarding for new families, guiding them on school systems and resources.
  • Address and resolve parent concerns and feedback promptly and empathetically.
  • Own and manage the school's Communication Policy.
  • Lead surveys, focus groups, and feedback initiatives to gather actionable insights on parent satisfaction and communication effectiveness.
  • Organize and oversee the Parents Committee, acting as a liaison between parents and school leadership.


Team Management


  • Lead and manage a team including Admissions & Parent Communications Specialists and the Reception Team.
  • Provide regular coaching, goal setting, and performance evaluations to ensure high motivation and service standards.
  • Inspire the admissions team to achieve and exceed targets 
  • Oversee daily reception operations to guarantee a welcoming and efficient first point of contact.
  • Ensure alignment of admissions, parent communication, and reception teams with the school’s strategic goals.
  • Implement consistent protocols, service excellence training, and feedback mechanisms across all supervised areas.


Collaboration


  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure consistency in messaging and brand presentation.
  • Support re-enrollment efforts by addressing barriers to family retention.
  • Align communications and event planning with leadership priorities and school community engagement strategy.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in admissions, customer relationship management, or parent/community engagement roles in an educational setting, preferably in an international school.
  • Proven experience managing teams in a service-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • High level of organizational, project management, and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and sensitively.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical practice.
  • Fluent in English.

Working Hours: 


Monday to Friday, between 8:00 - 18:00 (8 hours per day)
