About the role

<h2>We are seeking a results-driven Sales Hunter to join our expanding team. Your primary mission will be to <strong>drive new business revenue</strong> by selling our China-focused digital advertising solutions (specializing in Xiaohongshu and Douyin) to brands and agencies in Hong Kong. This is a frontline sales role where you will be responsible for the f<strong>ull sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.</strong></h2> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Prospect, pitch, and close new business to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for gross profit and new client acquisition.</li> <li>Actively hunt for and identify new business opportunities, target markets, and client segments to build a robust sales pipeline.</li> <li>Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company revenue objectives.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at brands and advertising agencies.</li> <li>Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and media plans tailored to client objectives.</li> <li>Stay ahead of industry trends, client needs, and the evolving China digital ecosystem (especially XHS and Douyin) to effectively position our solutions.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign onboarding and contribute to product development based on market feedback.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2> <ul> <li>A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or new business development, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.</li> <li>Direct experience selling digital advertising solutions, preferably within an agency, ad-tech platform, media publisher, or digital sales house.</li> <li>Solid understanding of the China digital advertising landscape. Specific experience with the sales and advertising ecosystems of Xiaohongshu (XHS) and/or Douyin is a significant advantage.</li> <li>A strong existing network of contacts (brands and agencies) in the Hong Kong market is highly preferred.</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.</li> <li>A strategic, target-driven hunter who is self-motivated, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li> <li>Full professional proficiency in English and Cantonese.
