About the role

<h2><strong>We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our China Outbound team, supporting Chinese game developers and agencies in expanding into key Asian markets, including Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia.&nbsp;In this role, you will drive new business within the China gaming sector and act as a strategic partner to clients, delivering high-quality influencer marketing and branding solutions. You will work closely with global internal teams to ensure smooth execution and drive profitable growth.</strong></h2> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2> <p>- Market Penetration: Identify, target, and secure partnerships with China-based game developers and agencies looking to launch or grow their titles in Japan, South Korea, and other Asian markets.<br>- Business Development: Proactively contact new and existing clients/agencies to educate them on our cross-border marketing solutions. Leverage your existing network within the Chinese gaming industry to secure high-value contracts.<br>- Strategic Consultation: Develop a deep understanding of the client’s game mechanics, target audience, and marketing objectives to propose tailored influencer marketing and branding strategies that resonate with JP/KR audiences.<br>- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing, ensuring a consistent pipeline to meet and exceed Gross Profit targets.<br>- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Act as a solid bridge between Chinese clients and our regional execution teams, ensuring local market insights (JP/KR) are accurately translated into client success.<br>- Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of gaming trends in Asia (e.g., Subculture/ACGN trends in Japan, MMO trends in Korea) and act as a thought leader for digital marketing within the China outbound community.<br>- Operational Excellence: Provide professional, high-touch service in responding to RFPs and customized requests, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.</p> <h2>&nbsp;</h2> <h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2> <p>- Experience: 4+ years of experience in digital media sales, with a proven track record in branding marketing or influencer marketing.<br>- Strategic Clients: Demonstrated experience in managing Tier-1 strategic accounts (major game publishers/developers) and navigating high-level decision-making processes.<br>- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the China Outbound Gaming ecosystem, specifically for markets like Japan and South Korea.<br>- Strategic Selling: Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver innovative, customized branding solutions (not just standard packages).<br>- Communication: Excellent pitching, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be proactive with strong follow-through.<br>- Languages: Native Mandarin and professional English (written &amp; spoken).
