In this high-impact, fully remote role, you’ll manage and coach a team of Client Success professionals, owning team-wide performance, staffing, and service quality across the client lifecycle. You will focus on people leadership, cross-functional partnership, and data-informed decision-making to improve efficiency, reduce churn, and deliver a consistently exceptional client experience. This role also plays a key part in translating performance insights into action, contributing to hiring and development decisions, and partnering with senior leadership to shape the future of Client Success at WithMe.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage and develop junior personnel, including performance reviews and individual development planning</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own team-wide staffing plans, workload distribution, and coverage models to ensure operational continuity</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead operational initiatives that improve team efficiency, service quality, and scalability</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You’ll Bring:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Seven (7) or more years of experience in client experience, customer success, or operational leadership, including at least three (3) years in a people management role with proven success driving team performance</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven ability to lead operational initiatives with measurable outcomes</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical skills and experience translating data and performance trends into strategic action</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
