<p><span data-contrast="auto">WPP Media is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial, APAC to support commercial excellence, client profitability and scalable growth across the region.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":100,"335559740":252}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Reporting into the Regional Commercial Lead / Regional Chief Commercial Officer, this role will support the execution of commercial strategy across assigned clients and markets, with a focus on financial governance, operational efficiency and value delivery.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":100,"335559740":252}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">The Senior Manager will partner closely with regional and market commercial, finance and client leadership teams to improve client profitability, strengthen commercial processes and enable better decision-making through data, reporting and financial insights.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":100,"335559740":252}"> </span></p>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support the execution of regional commercial strategy, aligning initiatives with business growth and profitability objectives.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Act as a commercial business partner to client leads and agency teams, supporting financial performance and accountability across assigned accounts.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Identify and support client profitability improvement initiatives, including revenue optimisation, cost control and margin management.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":360,"335559739":40,"335559991":216}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities for assigned client portfolios, working closely with Finance and Commercial leadership.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":360,"335559739":40,"335559991":216}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support the implementation and refinement of commercial frameworks,processes and reporting structures across APAC markets.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":360,"335559739":40,"335559991":216}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Review client financial reporting to ensure accuracy,compliance and alignment with contractual requirements, including media credits, OMI and reporting standards.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":360,"335559739":40,"335559991":216}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Investment and Operations, to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support new business pitches and commercial modelling, including pricing inputs, resource assumptions and scenario analysis.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":360,"335559739":40,"335559991":216}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Contribute to client tiering and segmentation work, ensuring commercial support models are aligned to client size,complexity and growth potential.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":360,"335559739":40,"335559991":216}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and client-facing teams, supporting commercial decisions with clear analysis and recommendations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":360,"335559739":40,"335559991":216}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coach junior team members and share commercial best practices across markets where required.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support automation and reporting transformation initiatives to improve data visibility, consistency and decision-making.</span> </li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Skills and Experience</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":140,"335559739":60}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">7+ years of experience in commercial, finance, business operations or related roles, ideally within media, advertising or marketing services.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":360,"335559739":40,"335559991":216}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Good understanding of media agency business models, client contracts and key revenue drivers.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":360,"335559739":40,"335559991":216}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience supporting profitability reviews, financial planning,forecasting and commercial analysis.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":360,"335559739":40,"335559991":216}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience working across regional or multi-market environments, with APAC exposure preferred.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into practical insights and recommendations.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence working with finance, commercial and client leadership teams.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to support process standardisation, framework implementation and operational improvement initiatives.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":360,"335559739":40,"335559991":216}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience supporting new business pitches, pricing analysis or commercial negotiations is advantageous.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Some experience coaching,guiding or mentoring junior colleagues is preferred.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":360,"335559739":40,"335559991":216}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and reporting tools, including Excel and relevant finance or BI platforms.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":360,"335559739":40,"335559991":216}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field; MBA or equivalent is advantageous but not required.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":360,"335559739":40,"335559991":216}"> </span></li>
