Be on the team that's changing the world.  What we’re looking for:  The Manager, Construction Program oversees multiple project managers and guides projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring all sites are built to Nexamp standards and contractual requirements. They work closely with the Regional Director of Construction to align regional goals and support team performance. With deep experience in solar PV construction and contract management, they provide critical leadership, structure, and support as Nexamp expands into new markets.  You will be hybrid 2-3 days every other week out of our Chicago, IL office. You will report to the Senior Director, Deployment. What you’ll do: <ul> <li>Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget in partnership with the Director of Construction and project teams.</li> <li>Align construction teams by coordinating closely with Field Operations and Quality leadership.</li> <li>Monitor regional project progress and regularly updates the Director of Construction.</li> <li>Review development and contract documents to identify risks and ensure compliance with Nexamp standards.</li> <li>Approve third-party EPC invoices and verifies accuracy.</li> <li>Support project managers with engineering and procurement needs.</li> <li>Manage construction risk by reviewing insurance, waivers, warranties, finance requirements, and reporting.</li> <li>Oversee project deliverables, schedules, and budgets across a large In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company’s stock option plan. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but is not limited to, skills and qualifications, internal equity, performance, and geographic location.  Nexamp's People team manages all aspects of recruitment and hiring within our organization.
