<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">We are seeking an experienced and self-driven <strong>Senior Enablement Manager </strong>to lead the development and delivery of high-impact learning programs for our Customer Success teams globally.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate pre-planned workshops for CS teams in region across EMEA, APAC, NOCO, and SOJO in partnership with the Global Content Team.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Deliver targeted programs tailored to the needs and requirements of the Customer Success team. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Execute hands-on application sessions that translate global content into practical, role-specific skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Adapt global enablement content to reflect regional nuances, competitive landscapes, and customer personas.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate select New Hire program components to reinforce early readiness and accelerate CSM ramp time.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coach CSMs immediately following initial onboarding to bridge learning to real-world application.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner closely with the Global Content Team to provide field-based insights that inform content development.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Report on CS workshop effectiveness, coaching outcomes, and regional trends.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the voice of the field to ensure enablement programs remain practical, relevant, and impactful for CS.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own the coordination and scheduling of our New Hire Onboarding programs and learning experiences for our Sales and Customer Success teams, ensuring a consistent, high-impact experience across roles, regions, and segments.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure operational excellence in onboarding execution, including coordination within the Enablement team, overseeing the learner experience, monitoring rep progress through the program, and running feedback loops with reps and leaders. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Product Marketing, Professional Services, Deal Desk, Legal, and other internal partners to ensure onboarding content is tightly aligned to GTM motions, strategy, and evolving business priorities.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the onboarding program including rep ramp time, performance against KPI targets, and other readiness indicators.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or CS Enablement roles, or a combination thereof, within a B2B SaaS environment.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record of developing and implementing successful enablement programs supporting Customer Success and/or revenue-generating teams. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent years’ experience in related fields.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Deep understanding of Lucid’s product suite, solution offerings, and GTM strategy.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Exceptional facilitation skills, with proven ability to energize and connect with learners across all GTM segments.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience developing a range of enablement assets and collateral including self-paced eLearning, live workshops, and webinars. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable working cross-functionally and operating with a high degree of autonomy.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record of a strong internal motor to brainstorm innovative learning solutions, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deliverables in a timely manner.</span></li>
