This role will help drive scalable operational processes, support partnership management workflows, and improve coordination across Commercial, Enablement, GTM, Product and regional teams.</p> <p>This individual will play a key role in helping standardize processes, improve operational visibility, and support the successful execution of partnership operations globally.</p> <p>You are:</p> <ul> <li>Experienced in partnership operations, business operations, enablement, or program management</li> <li>Organized and process-oriented, with strong attention to detail</li> <li>Skilled at managing cross-functional coordination across multiple stakeholders</li> <li>Comfortable balancing operational execution with continuous process improvement</li> <li>Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work effectively in fast-paced environments</li> <li>Analytical and solutions-oriented, with a focus on operational efficiency</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></span></p> <p>The Senior Manager, Data Enablement Operations will support the operational effectiveness of the Data &amp; Technology Solutions Partnerships organization. This role will help drive scalable operational processes, support partnership management workflows, and improve coordination across Commercial, Enablement, GTM, Product and regional teams.</p> <p>This individual will play a key role in helping standardize processes, improve operational visibility, and support the successful execution of partnership operations globally.</p> <p><strong>You will:</strong><br><br></p> <ul> <li><strong>Process Coordination and Requirements Management: </strong>Support operational processes that help aggregate, organize and distribute partnership information across teams. Assist in maintaining documentation, requirements and workflows related to partnership management, product requests and agency needs.</li> <li><strong>Tooling and Operational Support: </strong>Help manage operational repositories, tracking systems and dashboards that improve visibility into partnerships and operational activities across the organization.
