<p><span data-contrast="auto">The <strong>Manager</strong>,</span><strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Employee Relations </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">for Saudi Arabia will lead complex employee relations matters across the region, ensuring thorough workplace investigations are completed in compliance with </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Saudi Labor Law</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> and related regulations. This role reports into the </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Head of Employee Relations (US)</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> and global ER teams to maintain consistent standards while respecting local legal and cultural requirements.
