Your mission is to ensure world-class service delivery, drive customer satisfaction, and support ASM’s aftermarket sales strategy. This role is critical to maintaining strong relationships with strategic customers and delivering key business outcomes in collaboration with ASM’s global leadership.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You Will Be Working On</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement advanced process solutions for semiconductor manufacturing.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Act as a technical lead for complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Software simulation testing, customer software requests (SRS), initiate customer escalations to ensure customer timelines.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>External field owner to drive and resolve process/system for related escalations and quality investigations.&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible to documenting and publishing lessons learned internally and externally.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Collect,&nbsp;analyze&nbsp;&amp; interpret complex data to determine&nbsp;appropriate action, develop action plan and ensure successful result.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Compile and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;a scorecard for owned applications, create gap closure plan, and drive actions to completion.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Perform process and hardware development, manage new development, device integration, CIP, and troubleshooting independently. Responsible to ensure product specifications are met.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Understand customer integration strategy for multiple applications.&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify&nbsp;potential business opportunities for ASM.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Work with&nbsp;other&nbsp;senior engineers and customers to understand customer technology roadmaps, process flow, inflection points,&nbsp;requirements&nbsp;and business issues/ challenges.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proactively&nbsp;analyze&nbsp;issues &amp; develop solutions to gain market share​&nbsp;incorporating&nbsp;new information&nbsp;and concepts and recognizing symptoms that&nbsp;indicate&nbsp;underlying problem.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Drive strategy/alignment meetings with KPU to reorient customer engagement strategy as information becomes available.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Partners with customer to develop customer process and integration requirements.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Generate product documentation,&nbsp;presentations&nbsp;and technical reports and present to the customer at the leadership level and internal BU meetings.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master’s or PhD degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience.</li> <li>At least 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry supporting capital equipment and process technology.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in a leadership or people management role.</li> <li>5+ years of field experience supporting customers, preferably in service, spares, or account management within the semiconductor industry.</li> <li>Proven ability to solve complex problems and drive strategic outcomes.</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across teams and leadership levels.</li> <li>Experience working with Korean customers and navigating local business culture is highly preferred.</li> <li>Strong positive, customer focused, results oriented&nbsp;attitude&nbsp;and being able to understand the importance of trusted partner to the customer.&nbsp;</li> <li>Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills and able to present technical and marketing materials to a high standard&nbsp;(both Korean&nbsp;and&nbsp;English)&nbsp;</li> <li>Able to provide supervision&nbsp;and able to work/lead in a team environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Fluency in Korean and proficiency in English required.</li> <li>Proficient in MS office&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Apply today to be part of what’s next.</strong></p> <p>We make the tech that enables the chips in devices which improve lives around the world.
