This role will report into the Regional Controller and partner closely with global finance leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in US GAAP, Indian statutory accounting, financial controls, audit management, and stakeholder engagement. Big 4 audit or advisory experience is preferred, along with a proven track record in multinational environments.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Financial Accounting &amp; Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.</li> <li>Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards.</li> <li>Review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and balance sheet schedules.</li> <li>Drive compliance with accounting policies and internal reporting requirements.</li> <li>Support consolidation and group reporting activities.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Statutory &amp; Regulatory Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee statutory audits, tax audits, and regulatory filings.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations.</li> <li>Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.</li> <li>Support transfer pricing and related compliance requirements.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>US GAAP &amp; Technical Accounting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Interpret and implement US GAAP accounting guidance.</li> <li>Evaluate complex accounting transactions and prepare technical accounting memos.</li> <li>Support adoption of new accounting standards and policy updates.</li> <li>Partner with global finance teams on accounting treatments and reporting requirements.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Audit Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the day-to-day liaison for internal and external auditors.</li> <li>Manage audit planning, execution, and closure activities.</li> <li>Ensure timely resolution of audit observations and control deficiencies.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement in audit readiness.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Business Partnering &amp; Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with FP&amp;A, tax, treasury, legal, and operational teams.</li> <li>Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.</li> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members.</li> <li>Drive process automation and finance transformation initiatives.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Process Improvement &amp;
