Tasks
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on **Senior Manager – Finance** to lead the finance function in a fast-growing startup environment. The role will focus on financial planning, P&L management, fundraising support, business finance, and building scalable financial processes.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with startups or high-growth companies and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence processes.
- Monitor cash flow, runway, and financial performance metrics.
- Partner with leadership on strategic and commercial decisions.
- Oversee accounting, audits, taxation, and compliance.
- Build and improve finance processes, controls, and reporting systems.
- Develop financial models and business insights for growth planning.
Requirements
- CA / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 6–10+ years of finance experience, including experience in startups or high-growth companies.
- Strong experience in P&L management and financial planning.
- Prior exposure to fundraising, investor management, and financial modelling.
- Strong understanding of accounting, compliance, and taxation.
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Experience**
- Experience in SaaS, AI, technology, or product-based startups.
- Exposure to international operations and multi-entity structures.
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting tools and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
