This role is designed for a motivated individual who is passionate about helping organizations optimize their finance functions, drive operational efficiency, and enable strategic decision-making through technology and process improvements.</p> <p>As a Senior Manager, you will lead client engagements, manage project teams, and collaborate with senior executives to deliver impactful solutions that address today’s most pressing finance challenges. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while making a tangible impact on our clients’ success.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <p><u>Client Delivery</u></p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects, including assessments, process reengineering, technology enablement, and change management.</li> <li>Partner with senior finance executives (CFOs, Controllers, FP&amp;A leaders) to understand their strategic objectives and align solutions to business goals.</li> <li>Design and implement improvements to finance processes such as financial planning and analysis (FP&amp;A), order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report.</li> <li>Oversee the selection and implementation of finance technologies, including ERP systems, EPM platforms, and other point solutions within the Office of the CFO</li> <li>Ensure delivery excellence by managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</li> </ul> <p><u>Team Leadership</u></p> <ul> <li>Manage and mentor a team of consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.</li> <li>Provide quality assurance review on junior team members’ approaches and deliverables.</li> <li>Provide thought leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with client needs and West Monroe’s methodologies.</li> <li>Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment that prioritizes client success.</li> </ul> <p><u>Business Development</u></p> <ul> <li>Position self as a ‘go-to’ for farming and/or business development opportunities by partnering with other West Monroe practices to cross-sell capabilities to our clients, originating multiple projects, leading complex pursuits, and identifying competitive threats or market trends that require preparation.</li> <li>Review SOW and pricing tool to ensure that projects are profitable, scope is feasible, and the project poses no reputational risk to the firm.</li> <li>Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and thought leadership.</li> </ul> <p><u>Practice Development</u></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to the growth of the Financial Management practice by originating and creating methodologies, project assets and tools, and ensuring maintenance of those assets.</li> <li>Actively participate in recruiting, training, and onboarding initiatives to build a high-performing team.</li> <li>Represent West Monroe at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;What you’ll bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (e.g., finance, accounting, business/management, economics, information technology, MIS, etc.) or equivalent experience required.</li> <li>8+ years of progressive experience contributing to and leading Finance Transformation programs and advising the office of the CFO on large-scale process and technology projects.</li> <li>Experience leading clients through strategy and assessment, platform and integrator selection, and implementation roadmap, project and change management for ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 strongly preferred).</li> <li>Strong functional knowledge within the following areas: Lead to Close, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce, Record to Report, Recruit to Retire (any other industry specific knowledge is a plus (e.g., TMS, WMS, PSA, EAM, etc.))</li> <li>Continuing experience in understanding and/or configuring Corporate Performance Management (CPM) systems (e.g., OneStream, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Planful, etc.).</li> <li>Deep understanding of financial insights and analytics and experience with predictive analytics and AI.</li> <li>Experience leading financial close/consolidation processes, process improvement reviews, and M&amp;A transactions (integrations, carve-out, best practice advisory).&nbsp;</li> <li>Understanding of IFRS requirements.</li> <li>Expert program manager with extensive experience leading multiple finance transformation projects including developing work plans, project scopes, pricing estimates, budget management, issue and risk management, and presenting deliverables.</li> <li>Business development experience including farming leads and assisting in managing the sales process – pursuit strategy, client development cycle and tools, proposal development, fee and profitability planning, and contract management.</li> <li>People management experience, and a passion for developing and coaching more junior team members.</li> <li>Strong data visualization and analysis skills; comfortable using tools like Excel to analyze data and present key insights in a compelling way.</li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create impactful and concise executive stakeholder-ready deliverables, and polished client-facing oral communication skills.</li> <li>Demonstrated success within one or more of West Monroe’s core industries including Consumer &amp;
