Establishes and maintains a self-sufficient, high-performing cabin program aligned with company expectations, while continuing to operate in a flying capacity. This role ensures that cabin operations are structured, scalable, and consistently executed, balancing direct involvement with broader functional ownership. <div> <div> What will you do? <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Lead all aspects of the flight attendant function, including hiring, training, development, and performance management</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Establish, maintain, and evolve cabin service standards, procedures, and operating practices</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Ensure consistent execution of an options-driven, no-fail service model across all aircraft and crews</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Oversee development and maintenance of passenger profile systems to support continuity and alignment of service delivery</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Develop and manage vendor relationships supporting provisioning and onboard service delivery</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Partner with flight operations leadership to align staffing, scheduling, and operational priorities</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Conduct quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across the cabin program</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company procedures</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Operate in a flying capacity as required, including leading complex or high-priority trips</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Provide leadership and direction to maintain a disciplined, accountable, and high-performing team</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.  </li> </ul> What do you need to succeed? <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">10–15+ years of experience in Part 91 private aviation, including progressive leadership responsibilities</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Demonstrated experience supporting UHNW service environments with consistent, high-level execution</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Completion of formal corporate flight attendant training (e.g., FACTS, FlightSafety, or equivalent)</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Current safety certifications including CPR, AED, and First Aid</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Advanced expertise in culinary standards, provisioning strategy, and service program development, with formal or practical culinary training</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Proven ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing flight attendant teams</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Experience establishing and maintaining operational procedures, service standards, and training programs</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to ensure compliance across the function</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Experience managing vendor relationships and external service providers</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Valid passport with ability to travel internationally without restriction</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Valid driver’s license and reliable access to transportation, with ability to support operational requirements as needed</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Ability to operate in a flexible, on-demand environment, including active flying responsibilities</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">High level of leadership presence, discretion, and organizational judgment</li> </ul> Special Requirements: <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Without limitation, be able to perform the duties as required of a 14 CFR Part 121 Flight Attendant while in flight</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Be able to travel and work on-site in an office environment</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Must be willing to relocate to Long Island, NY</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;">Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> #LI-Onsite </div> </div><div class="content-conclusion">At MSG, we recognize the importance of upskilling employees’ talents and strengths so they can drive their careers forward.
