About the role

.

•    5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a technology or consulting environment
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
•    Experience working with global and offshore teams, with at least 3+ years in distributed delivery environments
Technical Expertise:
•    Programming: C#/.NET or Java
•    Service Development: RESTful APIs, Microservices, ASP.NET Core, Azure API Management, Azure API Apps
•    Cloud (Azure): Compute, Storage, and PaaS services (App Services, Web Apps, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Cognitive Services)
•    Data & ORM: SQL Server, Azure SQL, Entity Framework or Hibernate
•    Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, AKS
•    DevOps: Git, Azure DevOps, Maven, Jenkins
•    Scripting & Web Technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6, jQuery, JSON
•    Design & UI: HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, Bootstrap, responsive and usability design principles
•    Frameworks: Angular, React, Node.js, Vue.js, or similar modern frameworks
•    Web Frameworks: ASP.NET MVC, PHP, JSP/Spring
•    Testing & Tooling: Git-based workflows, Grunt, npm, Jasmine, Selenium
•    Exposure to RPA tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere
Leadership & Delivery Capabilities:
•    Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and software planning
•    Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned to timelines, budgets, and operational goals
•    Accountable for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of team deliverables, as well as chargeability and training targets
•    Experience managing integration of workstreams to support broader strategic and operational objectives
•    Ability to recruit, mentor, and develop talent, while influencing and managing virtual teams
•    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them through to completion

•    Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
•    Ability to quickly understand customer processes and translate business needs into technical solutions
•    Strategic thinker with the ability to connect technology solutions to business outcomes

•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, evolving environments
•    Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft technologies and ecosystem
