Manager, Group Sales

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About the Position</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The Golden State Warriors are looking for an upbeat and committed Manager to sell and service group clients while developing our Group Sales team. In this role, you will be expected to sell and close at a high-level while contributing to the team's overall success. font-size: 10pt;"><em>This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.</em></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist with planning and implementing sales training and development for the Group Sales team</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Help developing and executing sales plans for Warriors and non-GSW programming</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support Director in ensuring Group Sales reps are meeting and exceeding weekly goals</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly sales goals</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Actively pursue new business and decipher ways to acquire new leads</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide memorable service to all clients, current and new</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Attend majority of home games to service clients in attendance and help oversee staff game day responsibilities</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Other duties as assigned</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Required Experience and Skills</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration/Sports Management, or equivalent work experience</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the sports &amp; entertainment industry</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">A track record of successful sales and leadership</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Hardworking and passionate self-starter with impeccable attention to detail</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
