The Manager, GTM Systems Engineering will serve as both a strategic systems operator and hands-on builder, owning the design and execution of integrated workflows across the revenue engine.    This individual is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy and technical fluency, combining GTM business acumen with engineering capability to improve revenue throughput, operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and execution quality across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, and Professional Services.    The role will lead the evolution of the company’s GTM technology ecosystem from legacy administration toward intelligent, AI-driven systems orchestration. This includes developing AI-enabled workflows, designing automation frameworks, integrating telemetry and external data sources, piloting emerging technologies, and scaling operational solutions from proof-of-concept through production deployment.    The ideal candidate is an agile systems thinker with strong execution discipline, capable of managing both existing GTM infrastructure and next-generation AI tooling while driving measurable business outcomes.  Your contribution will be:  GTM Systems Architecture & Optimization  <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; On target compensation refers to the base salary and applicable variable target for this role. The range is an estimate, base pay will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate's skills and experience aligned with the needs of the role. Base pay may vary based on several factors including geographic location, role specific qualifications, and seniority.
