<p>The Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to our corporate leadership and a trusted advocate for employees within a 400+ person manufacturing organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to align people’s strategies with business objectives, building a culture of accountability, performance, and engagement.</p>
<p>The Senior Manager plays a critical role in organizational transformation, workforce strategy, and talent development, while ensuring employee relations practices are fair, consistent, and compliant. The HRBP operates with both a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, supporting leaders as coach, consultant, and change agent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.<strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Strategic Business Partnership & Leadership</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary HR advisor to corporate leadership, translating business goals into aligned talent and workforce strategies.</li>
<li>Provide counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness.</li>
<li>Partner with HR leadership to ensure enterprise initiatives are aligned and executed consistently across the organization.<strong> </strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Employee Relations, Compliance & Risk Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance issues, and conflict resolution.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor practices, and company policies, reducing risk through proactive guidance.</li>
<li>Coach leaders on appropriate employee actions and sound decision-making while maintaining fair and consistent practices.<strong> </strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Talent, Development & Performance Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Guide leaders on performance management, career development, and talent assessment.</li>
<li>Identify training needs and partner with managers to build leadership and technical capability</li>
<li>Support compensation planning, job architecture, and talent reviews for corporate teams.</li>
<li>Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to elevate corporate talent<strong> </strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Culture, Change & Engagement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as a change Manager and influencer, supporting organizational transformation and culture initiatives.</li>
<li>Partner with leadership to foster employee engagement, collaboration, and positive accountability.</li>
<li>Drive initiatives that enhance talent retention, team effectiveness, and employee experience.<strong> </strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Analytics, Operations & Effectiveness</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Analyze trends and metrics (turnover, engagement, performance) to identify risks and opportunities.</li>
<li>Develop solutions, programs, and strategies grounded in data and business insight.</li>
<li>Continuously improve HR processes to support operational excellence and scalability.<strong> </strong></li>
<li>Other Duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required; HR or related field preferred (advanced degree a plus).</li>
<li>7+ years of progressive HR experience; prior HRBP experience required.</li>
<li>Manufacturing, operations, or CPG experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success leading change initiatives and culture transformation programs.</li>
<li>Strong employee relations expertise in environments with hourly and professional workforces.</li>
<li>High business acumen with the ability to influence senior leaders.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Strong ability to cultivate a collaborative team environment</li>
