About the role

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Pay Range: $144,000/yr. – $173,000/yr. based on experience and qualifications</strong></p> <p>The Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to our corporate leadership and a trusted advocate for employees within a 400+ person manufacturing organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to align people’s strategies with business objectives, building a culture of accountability, performance, and engagement.</p> <p>The Senior Manager plays a critical role in organizational transformation, workforce strategy, and talent development, while ensuring employee relations practices are fair, consistent, and compliant.
