We are looking for someone with a background in IT/public cloud engineering, architecture, security, and/or strategy to join our Technology Transaction Services (TTS) practice and focus on due diligence for client M&A deals.   The advisor will contribute to pre-close IT infrastructure assessments across various industries, including Private Equity, High-Tech & Software, Healthcare, and Financial Services. Identified areas of weakness are communicated to client executives in the form of investment summaries, often leading to post-close remediation projects.   This is an exciting opportunity to work within our growing tech M&A practice area, leverage both IT and advisory skillsets, and guide our clients’ corporate development decisions. You will also be an integral part of our growing team in London, helping to shape our office culture and participate in the entrepreneurial process of growing a team with triple digit growth (strategy formulation, recruiting, team
