This role owns consolidated reporting, board and lender deliverables, and forecasting processes, while partnering closely with regional finance and accounting teams.</p> <p>This position plays a critical role in translating financial data into actionable insights, driving financial discipline, and supporting executive decision-making.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Essential Job Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and manage the enterprise financial planning calendar (monthly, quarterly, annual)</li> <li>Lead development of Board of Directors materials, including integrated 3-statement modeling and scenario analysis</li> <li>Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting, highlighting key drivers, risks, and forward-looking insights</li> <li>Partner with regional finance teams to support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, including template design and process standardization</li> <li>Support monthly close by preparing flash results and ensuring timely, accurate submissions across business units</li> <li>Prepare interim financial statements (P&amp;L, balance sheet, cash flow) for lender and external reporting needs</li> <li>Perform variance (flux) analysis across actuals, budget, and forecast to identify trends and root causes</li> <li>Own leverage metrics and forecasting, including covenant compliance and reporting</li> <li>Develop and maintain lender-adjusted EBITDA calculations and validate add-backs</li> <li>Continuously improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and data quality</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>Required: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field</li> <li>7–10 years of progressive experience in FP&amp;A or corporate finance</li> <li>3+ years in an FP&amp;A Manager or similar leadership role</li> <li>Advanced financial modeling experience, including integrated 3-statement models</li> <li>Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills (complex models, scenario analysis)</li> <li>Proven ability to synthesize financial data into executive-level insights</li> <li>Experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred: </strong></p> <ul> <li>MBA and/or CPA</li> <li>Experience with FP&amp;A tools (e.g., Pigment or similar platforms)</li> <li>Background in project-based industries (construction, engineering, etc.)</li> <li>Knowledge of project accounting concepts (WIP, revenue recognition, margin analysis)</li> <li>Experience with lender reporting, covenant compliance, and leverage metrics</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment</strong></p> <p>The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
