<p data-path-to-node="7">College Track is a comprehensive, 10-year college completion program dedicated to helping first-generation students from underserved communities overcome systemic obstacles on the path to a bachelor’s degree and a meaningful career.</p>
<p data-path-to-node="8">What began in 1997 with just 25 students has grown into a national movement of more than 5,400 scholars and alumni across California, Colorado, Louisiana, and the D.C. Metro Area. Our scholars graduate from college at <strong data-path-to-node="8" data-index-in-node="218">three times the national average</strong> for first-generation students. By age 30, our alumni earn an average of $89,823—outpacing the national median and proving the long-term economic mobility a degree unlocks.</p>
<h3 data-path-to-node="9">The Opportunity</h3>
<p data-path-to-node="10">Are you a strategic storyteller and a relationship builder? As the <strong data-path-to-node="10" data-index-in-node="67">Manager of Institutional Philanthropy</strong>, you will play an essential role in growing College Track’s institutional funding base. Managing a portfolio of 40–60 foundation and corporate partners across multiple markets, you will have the unique opportunity to develop deep expertise across two distinct and complementary fundraising functions.</p>
<p data-path-to-node="11">Reporting directly to the Vice President of Institutional Philanthropy, you will work closely with the Directors of Foundation and Corporate Partnerships to craft compelling narratives, manage a high-impact pipeline, and secure gifts ranging from $25,000 to $250,000+.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="14,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="14,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Relationship Management & Cultivation:</strong> Manage and steward a diverse portfolio of 40–60 corporate and foundation partners, maintaining active communication pipelines with care and consistency.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="14,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="14,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Proposal Development & Grant Writing:</strong> In collaboration with the Grants Manager and Finance team, lead the writing, editing, and submission of high-quality proposals, concept papers, budgets, and impact reports.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="14,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="14,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Partner with program staff and Executive Site Directors to coordinate funder site visits. Translate impact data and scholar success stories into powerful donor communications.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="14,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="14,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Operations & CRM Management:</strong> Track all fundraising activity, pipeline health, and institutional knowledge seamlessly within Salesforce to ensure strict grant compliance.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="17,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="17,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Exceptional Communication:</strong> Stellar writing and editing skills, with the ability to connect a program's ground-level impact to a funder’s philanthropic priorities.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="17,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="17,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Versatility:</strong> Comfort navigating both corporate and foundation fundraising spaces while managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="17,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="17,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Technical Savvy:</strong> Proficiency with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) to leverage data for pipeline management.</p>
