As the <strong data-path-to-node="10" data-index-in-node="67">Manager of Institutional Philanthropy</strong>, you will play an essential role in growing College Track’s institutional funding base. Managing a portfolio of 40–60 foundation and corporate partners across multiple markets, you will have the unique opportunity to develop deep expertise across two distinct and complementary fundraising functions.</p> <p data-path-to-node="11">Reporting directly to the Vice President of Institutional Philanthropy, you will work closely with the Directors of Foundation and Corporate Partnerships to craft compelling narratives, manage a high-impact pipeline, and secure gifts ranging from $25,000 to $250,000+.</p> <hr data-path-to-node="12"> <h3 data-path-to-node="13">Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="14"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="14,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="14,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Relationship Management &amp; Cultivation:</strong> Manage and steward a diverse portfolio of 40–60 corporate and foundation partners, maintaining active communication pipelines with care and consistency.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="14,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="14,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Proposal Development &amp; Grant Writing:</strong> In collaboration with the Grants Manager and Finance team, lead the writing, editing, and submission of high-quality proposals, concept papers, budgets, and impact reports.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="14,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="14,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Partner with program staff and Executive Site Directors to coordinate funder site visits.
