Being part of Remote People means being part of a growing, international family.</p></div><p><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul class="ak-ul" data-local-id="d1c0765a-8689-4886-9688-ecf56f6fdb3a" data-indent-level="1"> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="755" data-local-id="c64287ea-89e6-448b-bdcb-d609890102ad">Own the global revenue operations strategy and ensure data, systems, and processes align with company growth goals.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="874" data-local-id="df3bd1f7-ca2f-4f38-a7c2-62a049d7c841">Build the revenue plan with the Head of Finance and <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text"><span class="_kqswh2mm"><span class="_5pioz8co _189e1dm9 _1il9buyh _19lc184f _d0altlke" data-testid="definition-highlighter">CRO</span></span></span>, then implement it through territories, commissions, and sales alignment.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1007" data-local-id="51e1f02f-31fe-41d0-8019-699e65e330c4">Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline efficiency, and full-funnel visibility to catch and fix issues before they impact results.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1135" data-local-id="91b9ad00-fcd9-47c0-85b0-61506294d43f">Manage Hubspot/powerBI architecture, data integrity, and integrations across the <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text"><span class="_kqswh2mm"><span class="_5pioz8co _189e1dm9 _1il9buyh _19lc184f _d0altlke" data-testid="definition-highlighter">GTM</span></span></span> stack.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1230" data-local-id="3ecacd02-0f3f-4649-b46d-9d7041b541b4">Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team covering systems, analytics, and enablement.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1323" data-local-id="57d8d1d9-4f1e-4657-a994-24207b5befa7">Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive scale and operational excellence.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1449" data-local-id="6fe90aa3-ad82-4b30-b6ba-8672ca8237c1">Collaborate with the executive team to provide key insights that can take the company to 10x current ARR.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1558" data-local-id="2d01c123-340c-4119-9b78-085909adb9c4">Experience in lead generation initiatives to increase outbound efficiency</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Requirements</strong></p> <ul class="ak-ul" data-local-id="e2152623-f4f4-4c87-845c-624f4c6cfbf3" data-indent-level="1"> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1645" data-local-id="9124f806-5e78-470d-8ac3-daa08c58e8e8">8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, management consulting, or <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">GTM</span> Strategy, including 2+ years in leadership.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1786" data-local-id="f95eb0fa-f927-4c0a-bdf6-0f997ed158bb">Proven success building and scaling RevOps functions in high-growth B2B SaaS environments targeting small and medium size customers.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1923" data-local-id="566ab4ce-73f3-4079-8e4d-6e332a23d68a">Past experience in management consulting is a major plus</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1983" data-local-id="c9b2aca3-b5d7-479d-828c-79df422d19fa">Highly detail-oriented, with a strong ability to spot errors, follow processes precisely, and maintain accuracy in high-volume or regulated work.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2132" data-local-id="9946130c-81f9-4183-ac3d-c2be8a69f3ca">Deep knowledge of Hubspot, forecasting, reporting, and territory design.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2208" data-local-id="f51fed2b-c130-4428-b90b-50fcd821bff7">Experience managing <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">GTM</span> tools and integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2313" data-local-id="f6f41055-eecc-444a-b346-947048e891cf">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2413" data-local-id="71c4da94-f661-4d43-84b2-2dd716c2da45">Excellent collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working with executive</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><strong>What it's like working at Remote People</strong></h2> <p><strong>Our service &amp; product</strong>.
