<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Manager, Pathways & Transfer Credits is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing academic pathway and articulation opportunities with Ontario colleges and universities, while also supporting international pathway initiatives. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing student mobility through strategic partnerships, program alignment, and efficient transfer credit management. The Manager collaborates closely with Academic, Marketing, Recruitment, and Strategic Partnership teams to create course mappings, promote articulation opportunities, and ensure successful student transitions through these pathways.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A key success metric for this position is the development of<strong> new pathway agreements per year, </strong>each generating <strong>at least 20 enrolled students annually</strong> through these partnerships. This enrollment target is specific to this role and independent of the recruitment team’s broader targets. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Accountabilities/ Duties:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">1. Partnership Development & Relationship Management</span></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities with Ontario colleges and universities for academic pathways and articulations.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop and maintain strong, sustainable institutional relationships to support student transfer and progression.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Represent the institution in meetings, events, and conferences focused on academic partnerships and student mobility.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Negotiate and facilitate the signing of articulation and transfer agreements in accordance with institutional and ministry standards.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">2. Pathway Program Development & Course Mapping</span></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead detailed course mapping and equivalency assessments for all potential and existing pathway agreements.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ensure academic alignment and learning outcome consistency across programs.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with the Academic team to review curricula, validate transfer credits, and maintain academic quality.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prepare and manage the drafting, review, and finalization of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and Articulation Agreements.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">3. Transfer Credit Assessment</span></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assess and evaluate transfer credit applications for all students applying for advanced standing or exemptions.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Review academic transcripts and course outlines to determine eligibility for transfer credit in accordance with institutional policies.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain timely and transparent communication regarding credit transfer decisions.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">4. Collaboration with Internal and Strategic Teams</span></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with the Academic team for ongoing curriculum alignment and program mapping.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work with the Recruitment team to operationalize pathway agreements and facilitate student intake through these pathways.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute communication and promotional strategies highlighting articulation and pathway opportunities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Engage with the Strategic Partnerships team to identify, evaluate, and support the development of international articulation and pathway agreements.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with the Registrar’s Office to ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and reporting of all pathway and transfer credit activities.<br></span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">5. Reporting & Performance</span></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop annual strategic and operational plans for pathway expansion and performance tracking.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitor partnership activity, student enrollment, and outcomes to ensure alignment with institutional objectives.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain an updated database of all articulation agreements, transfer frameworks, and partner institutions.<br><br></span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Required Qualifications and Skills:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">An undergraduate degree in business administration, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Minimum of five years of progressive experience in postsecondary education, partnership development, or academic business growth.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven expertise in transfer credit assessment, course mapping, and academic articulation processes.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of Ontario’s postsecondary education framework, including ministry policies and compliance requirements.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated experience in business development and student recruitment, with a proven ability to build and sustain institutional and international partnerships.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in data analytics and reporting, with the ability to interpret insights to guide strategic decisions, track outcomes, and evaluate program success.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Exceptional relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.</span></li>

<p>This position is based in a hybrid work arrangement, with employees working on-site four (4) days per week and the option to work remotely one (1) day per week, based on business needs.
