As part of DoorDash, we’re building the global local commerce platform — and that includes transforming how we use data, AI, and technology internally to support our people and business decisions at scale.</p> <p>We are now looking for a <strong>Senior Manager, HR Data &amp; AI Platform</strong> to join our Talent Intelligence organization.</p> <p>In this role, you’ll help shape the future of AI-native people analytics and talent intelligence platforms. You’ll work at the intersection of Data Engineering, AI/ML infrastructure, analytics, and strategy, helping evolve our ecosystem from traditional analytics products into scalable, flexible, AI-powered experiences and tools.</p> <p>This is a highly cross-functional and impactful role for someone who enjoys building platforms, solving complex data problems, and operating in a fast-moving environment with significant greenfield opportunities.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Lead the strategy and development of scalable HR data and AI platform capabilities</li> <li>Drive improvements across data architecture, infrastructure, and production tooling</li> <li>Partner closely with Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Scouting teams to build flexible AI-native solutions</li> <li>Support the development of production-grade ML and predictive modeling capabilities</li> <li>Help modernize and simplify existing analytics ecosystems and workflows</li> <li>Influence technical direction and platform decisions across Talent Intelligence initiatives</li> <li>Build scalable infrastructure that enables faster experimentation, research, and insights generation</li> <li>Operate as a strategic partner across both technical and business stakeholders</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Our humble expectations</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Strong background in Data Engineering and scalable data platform development</li> <li>Experience working with infrastructure management and/or ML infrastructure</li> <li>Proven ability to operate across strategy and hands-on technical execution</li> <li>Experience collaborating closely with Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams</li> <li>Strong understanding of modern data architecture and production environments</li> <li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building in evolving AI environments</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li> <li>Experience with predictive modeling and production ML systems</li> <li>Background in Talent Intelligence, People Analytics, or HR Tech</li> <li>Experience modernizing legacy analytics systems into AI-native experiences</li> <li>Previous experience building internal platforms or self-serve tooling ecosystems</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why you’ll love it here</strong></h2> <p>You’ll join a team that is actively rethinking how AI and data platforms can support decision-making and operations at scale.
