This role partners closely with leaders to support talent management, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development efforts. The Manager is a leader and partner within the organization while helping build a world-class People Operations function founded on operational excellence, compliance, scalable processes, and exceptional employee experiences. This role is responsible for fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance while developing and growing a strong People Operations team capable of supporting the <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide mentorship and ongoing development opportunities to business partnering team through regular coaching, feedback, and development planning.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with&nbsp;leadership to build and continuously improve a People Operations function that delivers exceptional service, operational excellence, and scalable people practices.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Establish and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;strong HR foundations through consistent policy administration, regulatory compliance, process improvement, and risk mitigation efforts.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure People Operations programs, policies, and practices are compliant with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws while supporting business&nbsp;objectives.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Identify&nbsp;opportunities to enhance People Operations processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and the employee experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide guidance and coaching to&nbsp;business partners&nbsp;on employee relations, performance management, team effectiveness, talent development, and organizational design.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Support business&nbsp;partners&nbsp;in workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational development activities.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Help foster a high-performance, values-driven culture by promoting accountability, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Utilize People metrics and analytics to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;trends, provide recommendations, and support data-driven decision-making.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with leaders to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;organizational challenges and develop solutions that enhance team performance and employee experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Support compensation and talent processes, including performance reviews, promotion planning, and market-based compensation recommendations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies, workforce planning, and headcount management.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist&nbsp;with the implementation and communication of People Operations programs, policies, and initiatives.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with&nbsp;Legal&nbsp;and People Operations leadership as needed on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and employment law compliance.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead and support change management initiatives by helping leaders navigate organizational changes and effectively communicate with their teams.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues while ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with company policies.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Participate in cross-functional projects and represent People Operations on key business initiatives.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Build strong relationships with leaders and team members to understand business needs and proactively address&nbsp;people-related a related field.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">6+&nbsp;years of progressive Human Resources or People Operations experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">3+ years of hands-on management and/or mentorship in a HR capacity.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience collaborating across multiple People Operations functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, and learning and development.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong business acumen with the ability to align People solutions to organizational goals.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.</span><span $148,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
