This role will be responsible for establishing, standardizing, and continuously improving processes, governance, and performance measurement frameworks that enable scalable, predictable delivery.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of&nbsp;<strong>program management, operational leadership, and data-driven decision-making</strong>, with the ability to partner closely with Product, Engineering, and executive leadership to align strategy with execution.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>PMO Strategy &amp; Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and implement a&nbsp;<strong>modern PMO vision</strong>&nbsp;aligned with Amtech’s product strategy and growth objectives</li> <li>Establish governance models that balance&nbsp;<strong>agility with accountability</strong></li> <li>Serve as a trusted partner to Product and Engineering leadership on execution strategy</li> </ul> <p><strong>Process Standardization &amp; Optimization</strong></p> <ul> <li>Implement, and scale&nbsp;<strong>standardized delivery frameworks</strong>&nbsp;(Agile, hybrid, or scaled models as appropriate)</li> <li>Create consistent processes for:</li> <ul> <li>Roadmap planning and prioritization</li> <li>Quarterly / PI planning</li> <li>Cross-functional program execution</li> </ul> <li>Continuously assess and improve workflows to increase&nbsp;<strong>predictability, efficiency, and quality</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Program &amp; Portfolio Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee execution of&nbsp;<strong>strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs</strong></li> <li>Implement portfolio management practices to ensure alignment with business priorities</li> <li>Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks across teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>Measurement &amp; Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and operationalize&nbsp;<strong>KPIs&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;across Product and Engineering teams</li> <li>Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into:</li> <ul> <li>Delivery predictability</li> <li>Throughput and cycle time</li> <li>Product outcomes and business impact</li> </ul> <li>Enable data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization</li> </ul> <p><strong>Tooling &amp; Systems</strong></p> <ul> <li>Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools (e.g., Jira, Jellyfish, roadmapping and analytics platforms)</li> <li>Ensure consistent usage and data integrity across teams</li> <li>Drive automation and reporting efficiency</li> </ul> <p><strong>Organizational Enablement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Advise teams and leaders on best practices in program management and execution</li> <li>Build a culture of&nbsp;<strong>accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement</strong></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>SKILLS &amp;
