You are accountable for delivery, quality, and team performance.&nbsp;This is not a coordination role. You are responsible for ensuring your team delivers clear, high-quality, executable design work on time, with no surprises through leadership and hands-on execution.. font-size: 10pt;">The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $180,000-$200,000.00 annually + bonus depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
