About the role
The Product Operations Manager reports directly to the VP of Product at Windfall's San Francisco headquarters. Specifically, this team is a "player/coach" role where you will be responsible for your own work but also manage a small team of Product Operation Analysts. You will work closely with our engineering, data science, and customer success teams.
