You'll lead a team of project managers and solutions consultants delivering professional services to our largest clients — and build the systems that let that delivery scale. <ul> <li>Own delivery outcomes across the enterprise PS portfolio: projects land on time, in scope, and with client satisfaction that drives retention and expansion.</li> <li>Build and continuously improve the PMO's playbooks, tooling, and templates so delivery quality scales without requiring you in every conversation.</li> <li>Partner with Sales and Solutions in pre-sales to scope, resource, and plan enterprise engagements before they start — turning ambiguous client needs into executable delivery plans.</li> <li>Run the portfolio view: track utilization, profitability, and risk across all active engagements; act as the escalation point on complex or at-risk accounts.</li> <li>Develop your team — coaching PMs and solutions consultants to grow in craft, confidence, and client impact.</li> </ul> At 6–12 months, success looks like: consistent on-time delivery, a PMO that operates without you in every room, and a team that is visibly stronger. <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>You Have</strong></p> </div> <div class="section page-centered" data-qa="job-description"><strong>Must-haves:</strong> <ul> <li>7+ years of project/program management experience in a professional services or consulting environment</li> <li>3+ years leading a PMO or managing a team of project managers</li> <li>PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification</li> <li>Proven track record managing multiple complex, client-facing enterprise engagements simultaneously</li> <li>Experience acting as an executive-level escalation point — you've navigated difficult client relationships and brought them back</li> <li>Fluency in the financial mechanics of services delivery: utilization, margin, forecasting, contract compliance</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field</li> </ul> <strong>Nice-to-haves:</strong> <ul> <li>Experience with PSA tools (Mavenlink, FinancialForce, or NetSuite OpenAir)</li> <li>Agile certification (CSM, SAFe) or equivalent</li> </ul> </div> <div class="section page-centered" data-qa="job-description">&nbsp;</div> <div class="section page-centered" data-qa="job-description"><strong>We Offer</strong> <ul> <li>Competitive base + variable comp aligned to role and location</li> <li>Meaningful equity in a high-growth, post-Series D company</li> <li>Day-1 benefits coverage — health, dental, vision (Canada Life)</li> <li>Unlimited PTO — we actually take it</li> <li>$500 home office stipend · $1K annual L&amp;D budget</li> <li>Hybrid in-office at our Toronto hub</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>How We Work</strong></p> We hire for what you've delivered, not what your title was.
