Associate Manager, Research Analytics

<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p> <p>The Data Science Lead will drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics and AI solutions. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, guiding data scientists to deliver high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in machine learning, Generative AI, and modern AI architectures, along with the ability to translate business problems into scalable data science solutions.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>- Lead the end-to-end development of data science and AI solutions from problem definition to deployment</p> <p>- Design and implement machine learning, statistical, and Generative AI models</p> <p>- Drive adoption of LLMs and agentic frameworks to build intelligent, scalable applications</p> <p>- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts, ensuring best practices and high-quality outputs</p> <p>- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions</p> <p>- Oversee model deployment, monitoring, and optimization using cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)</p> <p>- Establish best practices for model development, validation, and MLOps</p> <p>- Stay updated with advancements in AI, GenAI, and data science, and bring innovation into projects</p> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>- 6+ years of experience in Data Science or a related field</p> <p>- Strong expertise in machine learning, statistics, and data analysis</p> <p>- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and related frameworks</p> <p>- Proven experience in building and deploying one or more agentic AI solutions</p> <p>- Familiarity with modern AI application architectures</p> <p>- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure</p> <p>- Strong programming skills in Python and data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)</p> <p>- Experience in leading or mentoring data science teams</p> <p>- Experience in healthcare or life sciences domain</p> <p>- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities</p> <p><strong>Good to Have:</strong></p> <p>- Exposure to NLP, deep learning, and advanced AI techniques</p> <p>- Experience with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and LLM orchestration tools</p> <p>- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools</p> <p>- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms</p> <p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p> <p>- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities</p> <p>- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</p> <p>- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership</p> <p>- Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies</p> <p>- Positive attitude and collaborative approach</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>Don't meet every job requirement?
