The Manager will&nbsp;identify&nbsp;growth opportunities, design and execute high-impact experiments, and translate insights into actions that drive conversion, velocity, household penetration, and sales.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Success in this role requires equal parts analytical rigor, commercial thinking, and executional leadership. This person will serve as a key growth operator across retailer.com platforms, retail media networks, and Amazon&nbsp;—connecting signals across channels to uncover what drives incremental growth and ensuring those learnings are acted upon across the organization.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Reporting to the Senior Director, E-Commerce &amp;
