Adept in managing &amp; leading teams&nbsp;for running successful process operations.</p> <p></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></span></p> <p></p> <p>· Monthly flash should be as per agreed business calendar</p> <p>· General ledger scrutiny</p> <p>· Review of Balance sheet Reconciliation</p> <p>· Clean up and updates on Intercompany mismatches, etc.</p> <p>· Fixed Asset Register</p> <p>· Demerger</p> <p>· Media Credits</p> <p>· Completion of Stat audit</p> <p>· SOX Compliance</p> <p>· Team Management: Weekly review with the team on the progress, issues &amp; achievement and&nbsp;to share the report with Management. Escalation on team issues should be resolve in&nbsp;consultation with vertical head. Ensure team adheres to HR Policy, WPP Policy &amp; Code of&nbsp;Conduct, Time &amp; attendance policy of the organization. Review team deliverables on a weekly,&nbsp;fortnightly &amp; monthly basis to upskill levels of efficiencies.
