Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves leading, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve sales goals and improve performance.

 

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Leading and managing a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Sales Strategy Development: Developing effective sales strategies and fostering a high-performance sales environment.
• Team Development: Recruiting, training, mentoring, and coaching sales staff.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Communication: Ensuring effective communication between upper management and the sales team.
• Customer Relationship Management: Handling customer relationships and resolving issues.
• Sales Monitoring: Monitoring sales pipelines and forecasts.
• Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, to drive sales initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in sales leadership roles min 2 years.
