This role will own the onboarding, training, coaching frameworks, and ongoing development of SDRs across regions, ensuring alignment with Cato’s go-to-market strategy.<br><br>You will act as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations—translating strategy into scalable enablement programs that drive pipeline generation and accelerate ramp time.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong><br><br><strong>Global SDR Enablement Strategy</strong></div> <ul> <li>Design and execute a scalable global SDR enablement strategy aligned with revenue goals</li> <li>Standardise best practices across regions while adapting for local nuances</li> <li>Define and track KPIs such as ramp time, conversion rates, activity effectiveness, and pipeline contribution</li> </ul> <div><strong>Onboarding &amp; Training</strong></div> <ul> <li>Build and continuously improve a structured onboarding program for new SDRs</li> <li>Deliver training on messaging, personas, objection handling, discovery, and tools</li> <li>Ensure rapid ramp-to-productivity through structured certification programs</li> </ul> <div><strong>Ongoing Development &amp; Coaching</strong></div> <ul> <li>Partner with SDR leaders to implement consistent coaching frameworks</li> <li>Develop call coaching, role-play programs, and feedback loops</li> <li>Identify skill gaps and deploy targeted training initiatives</li> </ul> <div><strong>Messaging &amp; Playbooks</strong></div> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to translate messaging into SDR-ready playbooks</li> <li>Maintain and evolve outbound sequences, call scripts, and persona-based approaches</li> <li>Ensure SDRs are equipped to communicate Cato’s value in a competitive cybersecurity landscape</li> </ul> <div><strong>Tools &amp; Systems Enablement</strong></div> <ul> <li>Drive adoption and effective usage of sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)</li> <li>Partner with RevOps to optimize workflows and data-driven insights</li> <li>Continuously evaluate and implement tools that improve SDR efficiency</li> </ul> <div><strong>Cross-Functional Alignment</strong></div> <ul> <li>Act as the voice of the SDR team to Marketing, Sales, and Product</li> <li>Ensure alignment between campaigns, inbound/outbound motions, and SDR execution</li> <li>Support global initiatives such as new product launches and market expansions</li> </ul>
