Position Overview:
As Manager of the Secure Operations Center, you will lead a team of analysts in conducting security investigations, incident response, and proactive threat hunting. You’ll work directly with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their environments and security needs, while also training and mentoring junior analysts to elevate the team's capabilities. This role provides an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects and help refine security operations in a dynamic and evolving company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, or threat hunting roles.
- Strong technical background and capability
- Familiarity with security threats and capabilities across the MITRE ATT&CK Framework
- Experience in threat hunting, with an understanding of common attack vectors, threat intelligence, and malware analysis.
- Experience with common security tools such as EDR, SIEM, Email Security and more
- Hands-on experience conducting security investigations and responding to security incidents.
- Strong ability to communicate with customers and internal teams.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where flexibility is key.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
- Relevant Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, etc.)
