Position overview: We’re looking for a Software Engineering Manager who blends technical depth with product intuition — someone who doesn’t just deliver features, but cares deeply about how they work, feel, and perform.  You’ll lead a cross-functional engineering team modernizing one of the world’s most trusted governance, risk, and compliance platforms as we move forward to the direction of the AI native software development.  This is not a pure “people manager” or “ticket shepherd” role.
