About this role  The Senior Manager, Solutions presents an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven leader to build and sustain operational excellence across Transcarent’s Pharmacy Care and Weight Health solution lines. This role requires a highly resourceful, proactive individual, with excellent communication, project management, and healthcare solutions experience. This leader will drive cross-functional initiatives, standardize operational practices and continuously improve the member and client experience across both solution areas. This role is critical in bridging strategic vision and day-to-day operational execution to advance Transcarent’s mission of transforming how people access and experience care.    What you'll do  <ul> <li>Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Clinical teams to execute and continuously improve Pharmacy Care and Weight Health solution initiatives</li> <li>Identify and champion operational issues across both solution lines, driving root cause analysis, and implementation of scalable process improvements</li> <li>Program and project manage teams to effectively initiate, plan, execute, and monitor initiatives that drive operational excellence and improve the member experience</li> <li>Actively communicate with solution sponsors, vendor partners and internal stakeholders to align priorities and ensure execution against key milestones</li> <li>Develop presentations, reporting and materials that communicate solution performance, operational metrics and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build scalable operational frameworks, improve process efficiency, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality workflows and processes  </li> </ul> What we're looking for   <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or higher in healthcare, public health or business-related field preferred</li> <li>Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in pharmacy industry, or healthcare solution delivery</li> <li>PMP preferred</li> <li>Strong business acumen</li> <li>Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills</li> <li>Able to motivate and empower teams</li> <li>Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving organizations with a willingness to be flexible and pivot when needed</li> <li>Excellent at prioritization, scoping, and documentation</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:</div><div class="pay-range">$145,000—$165,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">Who we are   Transcarent is the One Place for Health and Careᵀᴹ, bringing medical, pharmacy, and point solutions together with the WayFindingᵀᴹ experience, the first and only generative AI-powered health and care platform for health consumers.
