Your Role
- Lead process re-engineering to streamline and automate operations.Implement improvements to commission system, workflow automation, and data integrity
- Develop end-user computing (EUC) solutions to support commission and incentive programs
- Design insightful reports and dashboards for management review
- Partner with cross-functional teams on performance tracking for new products and campaigns
To Succeed in this Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role within a scalable organization
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI tools is an advantage
- Proficient in end-user computing tools and technologies, including Python, SQL, Power Apps, and data visualization tools
