<h3>About the Opportunity</h3> We are at a pivotal moment of growth and this role sits at the center of it.  As our Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand, you will build our first in-house talent acquisition function during a period of rapid expansion across North America and Europe. This is a rare opportunity to architect how hiring works from strategy and systems to experience and storytelling.  We are looking for a leader who thrives at the intersection of data, analytics, and human-centered hiring. Someone who loves building scalable systems and automation while keeping hiring deeply personal and inclusive. You will create the foundation that enables us to grow quickly and thoughtfully while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.  <h3>Responsibilities</h3> Build the Talent Acquisition Foundation  <ul> <li>Architect and launch the end-to-end recruiting function, including strategy, operating model, and scalable infrastructure </li> <li>Design, document, and continuously improve recruiting SOPs across sourcing, interviewing, offers, and close </li> <li>Create consistent and polished recruiting assets, including email templates, playbooks, and communications </li> <li>Partner with People Operations, IT, and Finance to integrate recruiting tools and build automations for background checks, offer approvals, offer letters, and hiring workflows </li> </ul> Hire, Lead, and Develop a High-Impact Recruiting Team  <ul> <li>Hire top-tier recruiting talent who serve as the face of Seekr and the first impression candidates have of our company </li> <li>Build a recruiting team capable of attracting world-class AI talent within a highly specialized and competitive market </li> <li>Bring deep expertise in creative and non-traditional sourcing strategies tailored to niche and emerging talent pools </li> <li>Set a high bar for recruiter capability, credibility, and candidate experience from first touch through close </li> <li>Be intentional in how recruiters are onboarded, coached, and developed, with clear expectations and growth paths </li> <li>Invest in continuous development to strengthen recruiting judgment, market insight, and partnership with hiring leaders </li> </ul> Drive Data-Led and Insight-Driven Hiring  <ul> <li>Build recruiting dashboards and scorecards, including time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, source of hire, and diversity metrics to name a few </li> <li>Use analytics to forecast hiring demand, identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive smarter decision-making </li> <li>Partner with leaders to define role scorecards and success profiles aligned to business outcomes </li> </ul> Elevate Hiring Quality and Consistency  <ul> <li>Design and implement structured interview frameworks, including role-based, culture interviews, and assessment tools where applicable </li> <li>Train hiring managers and interviewers on best practices for interviewing, assessment, and equitable decision-making </li> <li>Raise the bar for rigor, fairness, and consistency across all hiring decisions </li> </ul> Own Employer Brand and Candidate Experience  <ul> <li>Shape and strengthen our employer brand in partnership with People, Marketing, and Leadership </li> <li>Ensure every candidate interaction reflects our values and commitment to transparency and respect, and measure with things such as candidate surveys </li> <li>Continuously improve the candidate experience through feedback loops and iteration </li> </ul> Ensure Compliance and Global Hiring Readiness  <ul> <li>Ensure US hiring practices are fully EEOC compliant </li> <li>Ensure recruiting processes meet GDPR requirements for European hiring </li> <li>Build scalable and compliant hiring practices that support international growth </li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications<span <ul> <li>6-8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including building or scaling teams </li> <li>3+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition teams </li> <li>Proven success designing recruiting operations, systems, and analytics from the ground up </li> <li>Experience working at an early-stage startup with rapid expansion </li> <li>Strong business and data acumen with comfort using dashboards and insights </li> <li>Prior experience with Greenhouse is a plus but not required</li> <li>A deeply human-centered and inclusive approach to hiring </li> <li>Experience supporting multi-region hiring across North America and Europe </li> <li>Working knowledge of EEOC compliance and GDPR requirements </li> <li>A strategic builder mindset, hands-on, and energized by growth and ambiguity </li> </ul> Location and Work Environment  <ul> <li>This is a hybrid role based out of our Reston, Virginia or Austin, Texas office, which serves as Seekr’s headquarters and is home to our People and Culture team </li> <li>The role follows an in-office schedule on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (for all staff in this office), with flexibility to work remote on Wednesday and
